ABOUT

A munshi kept the front office running.

The word describes a role, not a job title: the person trusted to handle the communication, remember the details, and keep things organized. Always ready. Always organized. Always human. We built the modern one for the hours a home service business can't staff.

WHY WE STARTED HERE

We called HVAC shops to see what a customer actually gets. During business hours, most answered fast and a real person picked up. After 6pm, the line went dead.

WHAT WE FOUND

The daytime desk is fine. The night isn't defended.

That gap is the whole company. We're not selling a better receptionist. We're covering the hours where a missed call leaves no evidence at all.

73%answered fast during business hours. Every one a real person.
100%went to an answering machine after 6pm. Not a service. Not a callback promise.
WHO'S BEHIND IT

Founder

You'll be talking to me, not a sales team.

Ahtesham
Founder, CallMunshi

I'm studying AI at LUMS and I've spent my working life marketing AI products — most recently as a Marketing Manager, where the job was explaining what these systems genuinely do and, more usefully, where they fall over. That's how CallMunshi got scoped the way it did: one job, after hours, done properly, instead of a product that claims to answer everything.

I play chess, which is probably why I'd rather build something narrow and defensible than something broad and fragile.

How we intend to behave

Say what's real

No invented case studies, no numbers we can't stand behind. If your call log looks clean, we'll tell you so and leave you alone.

Disclose the AI

Every call opens by saying what it is. A customer should never find out afterwards that they were talking to software.

Stay narrow

Owner-operated HVAC, after hours. We'd rather be the best answer to one problem than an average answer to ten.

Let your own call log settle it.
